Partner’s goals:

The goal was to introduce a new skincare brand to the Polish market, build awareness about proper skincare and its potent ingredients, and reach Gen-Z consumers to increase sales in Douglas stores.

 

Challenges:

The challenge was establishing a new brand presence in a market saturated with skincare products. The specific objectives included educating about proper skincare routines and the most effective ingredients and penetrating the Gen-Z demographic to boost retail sales at Douglas stores.

Implementation:

  • Organized creative shipments to media outlets.

  • Ensured continuous PR activities: distribution of press materials, contextual articles, and educational guides on skincare and ingredients.

  • Collaborated with micro-influencers and managed paid partnerships (tests & reviews).

 

Results:

  • The first five months of the campaign resulted in over 65 publications in beauty media.

  • Engaged with over 45 micro-influencers, securing publications with a reach of over 490,000.

  • Partnership with the top 1 TikTok influencer in Poland.
