Partner’s goals
MÁDARA Cosmetics wanted to strengthen brand awareness in Poland and support visibility around its availability and special offers on DOZ.pl.
The brand was entering the campaign with a clear premium, organic skincare positioning, but needed enough local creator visibility to compete for attention in a crowded beauty category.
Challenges
The skincare market is highly competitive, with audiences exposed to a constant stream of product launches, reviews and recommendations.
The challenge was therefore not simply to generate influencer content, but to build enough scale around the campaign while keeping the creator mix relevant to the brand’s positioning and audience.
The activity also needed to support a retail objective, directing attention towards DOZ.pl and making promotional moments visible without turning the campaign into purely sales-led communication.
Implementation
We managed the campaign end to end, combining strategic consultation with day-to-day operational support.
Our team selected and coordinated creators across the beauty, lifestyle and skincare categories, using both paid and barter collaborations. We managed negotiations, campaign briefings, content approvals, daily creator communication and live publication monitoring across Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok.
We also extended the campaign with additional placements, including a Facebook post and two beauty reviews published on a blog and portal.
Throughout the activity, we tracked performance against the agreed KPIs and prepared campaign analysis for the client.
Results
The campaign generated 28 Reels, 89 Stories and 2 TikTok publications, supported by additional bonus content including 1 Facebook post and 2 beauty reviews.
Total circulation reached 2,972,916, with unique reach of approximately 3.2 million.
The campaign also significantly exceeded the projected follower reach, delivering approximately 4.9 million versus the planned 2.5 million.
The activity helped strengthen MÁDARA’s visibility in Poland and supported the brand’s positioning as a clean, certified and effective skincare brand.
