About us
Your local communications
partner in Poland
We are an independent PR and influencer marketing agency in Poland, working with international brands and teams that need experienced local support.
Most of our clients already know where they want to go. They have a global strategy, a regional plan, a launch calendar or a campaign running across several markets.
What they need from us is the Polish perspective.
We help them understand what will travel well, what needs adapting and what may work differently here. Then we take care of the local execution, from PR and media relations to creators, events, product testing and broader market support.
Sometimes we lead the entire communication in Poland. Sometimes we become the local extension of a global or regional team.
In both cases, our role is the same: to make Poland easier to understand and easier to manage.
Small team.
Deep experience.
Awesome PR Girls was built around a simple idea: clients should have direct access to experienced people who know what they are doing.
Our team brings between 15 and 20 years of experience across PR, communications, marketing, influencer campaigns, digital, events and crisis communication.
That seniority matters.
It means we can look at a brief and quickly understand what is fixed globally, where there is room for local judgement and where a seemingly small Polish detail could affect the wider result.
It also means you are not handing the project to a large account structure and hoping the important context survives somewhere along the way.
You know who is working on your brand.
We understand the global brief.
We also understand Poland.
International brands do not come to us because they need someone to translate a press release.
They come to us because Poland is one of the markets they are responsible for, and they need someone locally who can tell them what makes sense.
The media landscape is different. Creator culture is different. Category dynamics, retail, timing and consumer expectations can be different too.
That does not mean every global campaign needs to be rebuilt.
Quite the opposite.
A good local partner should know when to adapt and when to leave something alone.
Sometimes a global idea travels perfectly. Sometimes the same objective needs a different local route. Our job is to recognise the difference before time and budget are spent in the wrong place.
That principle sits at the centre of how Awesome PR Girls works: the global objective can stay the same, while the way you achieve it in Poland may need to be local.
The kind of
work we do
Our core work sits across PR and media relations, influencer marketing, media and influencer events, and product testing and review campaigns.
Around that, we support international teams with market entry, local campaign adaptation, press office, sampling, paid media, social media, consumer research, press trips, store openings, localisation, crisis communication and reporting.
We work particularly often with brands in:
Beauty & wellness
Food & FMCG
Fashion & retail
Travel & leisure
These are categories where local context matters, and where communication usually needs more than a direct translation of the global plan.

we work
We start with the business and communication objective, not with a predefined package.
We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, what has already been decided internationally and what role Poland is supposed to play.
From there, we build the local recommendation.
That can be very straightforward. Or it can mean telling you that the hero product you planned to lead with is not necessarily the strongest entry point in Poland, that the obvious creator shortlist is not the one we would choose, or that a global story needs a stronger local reason for Polish media to care.
We would rather have that conversation at the beginning than politely execute something we do not believe will work.
That is also why our communication tends to be direct and practical.
You get context when you need it, recommendations you can actually use and people who stay close enough to the project to notice when something changes.
Built for
international teams
Working across countries brings its own complexity.
There are global guidelines, regional stakeholders, approval processes, different time zones and people who may be managing several markets at once.
We are used to that.
We know how to work within an international structure without making the Polish market another management burden.
We can take a global brief, translate it into local action, flag issues early and explain the Polish context when a decision needs to go back to HQ.
You should not need to become an expert in Polish media or creator culture to run a strong campaign here.
That is what the local team is for.
Why clients
work with us
Because they want a local point of view, not just local execution.
Because they want to know who is actually working on their brand.
Because they need someone who can look at the global plan and say, yes, this will work here — or explain why it needs changing.
And because when Poland becomes complicated, they want someone on the ground who already understands the context.
